Update: worked with customer service, no longer dissatisfied. While the service was prompt and the issue is now resolved, I ended up paying almost $1000 to have 2 outlets replaced and a new GFCI breaker replaced. That seems like an exorbitant amount of money for a couple hours of troubleshooting?
