After a full consult, her hair dye left my light hair streaky black & green. 0/10, shocking experience. This was a year ago so there's been enough time: Had she followed up with a plan to fix, as she said she would, or simply refunded me, this review would not be here. (I did find an experienced colorist, who fixed it!)

I went in asking for a 90s butterfly. She said she could do it. She didn't. My hair was way down past my waist. I asked her to cut it no shorter than my bra strap. She located it with her finger, and I felt it, and she cut it there. After a while, she turned the chair to the left so I couldn't see in the mirror anymore, and she cut several more inches off my hair, just past my shoulders.
