I went in asking for a 90s butterfly. She said she could do it. She didn't. My hair was way down past my waist. I asked her to cut it no shorter than my bra strap. She located it with her finger, and I felt it, and she cut it there. After a while, she turned the chair to the left so I couldn't see in the mirror anymore, and she cut several more inches off my hair, just past my shoulders.
