Came in for a cleaning for my earrings. Hannah did an amazing job, they were really worse for wear when I came in. They looked amazing, and she still apologized saying they weren’t perfect. She also gave me some tips too. Love my earrings, love that they can be cleaned, and loved my experience with Hannah.
I didnt ask her name but the pregnant woman was so nice! I've been debating getting huggies for a while and finally went in to go get them. Even though I knew what I was getting, the lady was so sweet and had a great vibe!
Very Disappointed The associates at this store were not friendly or welcoming at all. I understand that the store can get very busy, but the impatience and attitude I experienced were disappointing. Being busy is understandable, but customers should still be treated with patience and respect. I hope management can address this, because the customer service definitely needs improvement.
