Absolute scam. Do not buy anything from them. I purchased a product and when I received it, it did not go well with the other items I had so I returned it straight away. I was then told they would not give my money back as the returns team carried out an inspection and noticed that the item was tarnished. It was not tarnished. They sent me a Pic of the tarnished part of the item whis was nonsense. I asked for a pic of the full product and they couldn't do that as they needed the returns team to do it. I wanted to cancel my order as they lied about how long it would take to ship. Two days after it was supposed to be here I requested to cancel, and they conveniently waited a few more days until the order had shipped to respond and tell me too late because it had already shipped. Now I'm out the $20 return fee and have to deal with all this hassle because they couldnt be bothered to process my request in a timely matter.

I bought two rings last year: the Charlotte Bold Ring and the Diamond Pavé. Two very pretty rings for nearly $1,000 with taxes. Six months ago, the Charlotte literally split in two for no apparent reason. The Diamond Pavé lost six stones and bends!... I only wore these rings a few times a week. In short, I feel like I was scammed buying these pieces of jewelry. Their quality is terribly mediocre for the price! Plus the customer service treat you with condescendance.
