I placed my online order for an Eternity Band on August 16, 2025, and paid in full the same day. The original ship date was September 17, then delayed to October 7. Now, after nearly two months and repeated assurances, I’ve just been informed the new ship date is October 31 — with no guarantee it won’t be delayed again. Went to the Ossington location. I live in the neighbourhood so I go to browse frequently. This time, I was shopping for a retirement gift. I was offered help by a young man and while he was helpful, he also seemed rushed to serve, or gain other customers attention. Perhaps he was trying to make a higher commission? I also wanted to get, or buy, an extending piece for a necklace I had received as a gift but they were out of stock. Bought a couple necklaces for my girlfriend from here. Nice store very clean and tidy. Took a while to be seen by anybody and had to flag down a staff member to be helped. Eventually, Courtney helped us out and was great- very polite and apologetic for the delays. Even brought us some water for the wait. Only gripe is their product in-store is very limited so we would’ve been better off buying it online to begin with.
I have been a loyal Mejuri customer for years but my most recent experience with them was beyond horrendous. I ordered a piece about a month ago and the shipping date on my order page was a day after I ordered it. It had been weeks and nothing had arrived, which then led to me contact them. They said the shipping date on my order page didn’t mean anything and that when I had the item in my cart there was a date shown there (3 weeks later) which was the actual shipping date.
