I got my tragus pierced by Tyler, who is the kindest and most professional person in the world!! I was very nervous and he was calm, talked me through it, and the aftercare (me lying in the chair for 40 minutes) was above and beyond. HUGE THANK YOU to Tyler! I love my piercing!!
I've had a great experience shopping at this location. The staff are welcoming and never make you feel pressured to buy. They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the perfect piece within my budget. The jewelry is beautiful and everything is well displayed, and the store has a warm, inviting atmosphere. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a special gift or a beautiful piece for themselves!
Excellent customer service! I had bought a sapphire tennis bracelet from them online and it unceremoniously snapped in half after a couple months of wear. I immediately brought it into the ossington store and they replaced it for me right away. This is the kind of hospitality that has won me as a client for life. Just thought to leave a review as I received service contrary to what some of the one star reviews here say. The sales rep was very helpful and patient as I fumbled through my questions, even when I explained that I was just browsing for options. Will return soon to make the purchases (pending they have them in stock).
