My partner and I were in on Saturday, for Valentines Day. While I have had issues with the quality of pieces from Mejuri, the customer service is usually top notch. This visit was especially enjoyable, because we had great service from Richard! This has been my second time having a good experience at this location, because of his input and efficiency. Be warned. Bought a $300 necklace. It literally fell apart on the first wearing under normal conditions. The return/warranty policy means that if your product is "damaged," you cannot get a refund. You have to prove your warranty case, which may or may not be accepted. I won't buy from Mejuri again. When I checked the Better Business Bureau of Toronto, I saw that the company has a B- rating and is not accredited. Maybe a one-off with this necklace, but the return policy is unacceptable in my opinion in 2025.
Very poor quality. Also I did reach out to your customer service and it was an awful experience.
