WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I had the worst experience here! Only buy from them if you’re absolutely sure you won’t need to ever return or exchange items later. They will give you different information when you buy and different when you go for help later. We bought some jewelry and later when we approached them for exchange or return their tone changed. They gave us silly reasons on why they wouldn’t exchange or return our item. They made us feel like fools, specially their manager. Very rude!!!

I had an issue with an online order (it was completely missing) and I needed it for a time sensitive celebration. The online Customer Service team was backed up so I called the Hayes Valley store hoping they could help. While it felt like a long shot, they were super apologetic and quickly able to help me resolve the issue!

They didn’t have the exact length of the chain I wanted in stock so they ordered it for me. 2 months went by and I hadn’t heard from them so I called to check in. They said the one they ordered for me hadn’t come yet but the chain in the length I wanted had come in and was back in stock in the store. WUT!? Yeah I didn’t need the exact single chain you ordered for me, just one in that length. Any one in that length. They didn’t call me or do anything when their stock arrived.
