One of my friends recommended this office for my youngest daughter that needed some cavities filled. Her first appointment was today and although we walked away without being able to have anything done, the staff at this location was amazing! My daughter was very nervous and scared and wouldn't let Dr. Sprague do much, but she handled the situation so well and they tried their very best to make my daughter feel comfortable. I went to Meister Dental Group for the first time today and was amazed at how courteous and pleasant everyone was. Serena was my hygienist and she was very sensitive to my needs, very considerate and gentle during my cleaning. Her sense of humor matched mine so I actually had fun, too! The anesthesia gel she used worked just as well as if I had had a shot and was very effective without the lasting effect of Novacaine. I didn't feel any discomfort whatsoever! Friendly staff and great office. State of the art office and excellent patient service.
Every time you go in there, they are constantly trying to push additional procedures on you. Whether it's braces for little kids or replacing caps that are perfectly fine, it's EVERY SINGLE VISIT. Not a fan of pushy sales people when getting my teeth cleaned!!
If I could I would give them 10 stars, every time I have gone there the staff from the front desk members to the dentist, they have been nothing but amazing and welcoming. I actually had Invisalign not that long ago and Meister Dental made me feel very comfortable about my decision of getting it. Serena was my dental hygienist today and I felt like I have known her forever because of how nice she was! I have never had a negative experience there, and I will definitely keep referring people to them as well!!
