Unprofessional – I have a car with a third-party warranty service and Meinert's is one of only two places in the city authorized to perform work for the warranty company. When I was having car problems, which I had hoped were under warranty I took my car there. After inspecting the vehicle they found 2 problems. One was causing the immeidate problem and was not covered by warranty so I had them fix that right away. Stay Away! – Please for your own sanity stay away from these guys. -I brought my car to them twice (once by tow) and each time they claimed that they couldn't reproduce the problem that I was having w/ the vehicle. -The second time the engine light came on and mysteriously "went out" while in their garage. -Next day while my wife was going to the grocery store, the non-existant problem came up again. -Engine light/engine missing -Gave up and took it to another place, they hooked it up to the diagnostic comp and told me that ... read more
