my husband took his older Toyota pick up in because the check engine light was on. he said they were knowledgeable, friendly and reasonable. They seemed to have fixed an ongoing problem.

Went in today to get a full synthetic oil change. There were no cars waiting,so I thought I could get in and out quickly. Paula greeted me- I asked her how long the wait was for an oil change. A female customer chimed in "there isn't one" and Paula promptly interrupted and said "no, it's at least an hour because I have my guy working on the owner's son's car and I have to get that done by 1pm." Horrible place i came to get an oil change and i got half greeted by the blonde lady Paula Montgomery while she had a full blown conversation on the phone. 5 min later she half ass helps me gives me the wrong oil service package i asked for. And rudely puts the blame on another worker. And when i said i will never come back here for the bad service she says GOOD as she walks away.
