This shop has always been great. This time around the mechanic left my hood un latched and left oil hand prints allover my door and inside steering wheel/console.
came in to check my brakes sean was very nice and was able to take care of everything thank you guys very much .
Went there in Vegas after my car overheated and I replaced the thermostat so I wanted to do a coolant flush. The girl at the desk wasn’t helpful or knowledgeable at all. Kept saying my Freon was coming out a different color. I dropped my car off in the morning and they waited until right before closing to call me. Do not recommend taking your car there for anything.
The process after approval took longer than expected. Each time I followed up on the status of my vehicle, I was met with excuses on why they hadn’t started in the process yet. “The mechanic was not prepared” was the common. Excuse. My car sat in the parking lot for a month after approval. Once they finally decided to bring the car into the shop to work on it, the new excuse was the mechanic wasn’t in or he didn’t have the proper tools to complete the job.
