When I kept my appointment at your shop,. When I got there I was informed that my 2014 Cadillac SRX AWD Luxury did not qualify for your advertised $ 25.99 synthetic blend.oil change. Instead I was offered an $ 80.00 full synthetic oil change. I declined and got a full synthetic oil change at Walmart for $ 60.00. Hello! I needed to get my car renewed for registration so I needed a smog and my check engine light was on. I shouldn't have my check engine light on because I already had my car serviced and spent over $2,000 last/this year from another mechanical shop on Charleston and Valley View area.
