I dropped my vehicle off at 2pm. Told me my tire plug would take an hour. I had to call them three hours later for them to tell me my car won’t be done until first thing tomorrow morning. They did not give me a courtesy call or anything. They called me at 8:30am the next morning saying they needed my approval al for the tire plug which is the only service i asked them to do. My car was not done until 12:30pm.

False advertisement for full synthetic oil change. I showed the coupon with price labeled at $59.95 which supposed to cover full synthetic oil change and free tire rotation. After they took the car, the price came out to $77.03 which is a clear example of false advertisement and when I inquire about this charge, I was told that filter is not included as port of oil change which is not heard of. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone based on my experience.
