I want to start this by saying the staff here are fine. They will answer your questions and try to communicate with you about your car. However this rating is pointed at the company as a whole. The company will not respect your time as a customer. Their call center will apparently over book appointments at the same time, and then the crews are told to just figure it out. No company that has such a blatant disregard for customer or employee time like this, deserves any business. I had an appointment to get 4 new tires install... read more
My previous experience with this meineke was less than great. But under a new manager they swiftly corrected the issues and did so in a very respectable manner. They have definitely earned my business back.
Friendly polite service. I had a screw in my tire and they got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and the pricing was not astronomical either. Thank you!
Everyone there was so kind and friendly. They all went above and beyond to help me with my car issues. Thank you Carson is the best manager by the way, such a sweet person.
