First of all, the manager Hoan was the best. Nothing better than excellent customer service! It is the first time at Meineke and it is now my go to service center for oil changes, tire rotation and everything else my car requires. I have had such bad experiences at places like Jiffy Lube that I have been frantic to find reliable service until now! I can only hope all the meineke shops are as good as this first experience. I believe customer service says everything about a company and Meineke delivers!
