Brian was a jewel! Very communicative and offered to stay late to give my tow driver my keys because they were running late. He didn't have to but the offer put my mind at ease! Due to Brian they will always have my business!
Oil change competently done but deducted one star because it took almost 2 hours and another star because it was really high priced , but I didn’t have a choice , had to get it done
Found my mechanic! Ray was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and I felt like I could trust his work. He walked me thorough financing and made my repairs go from nightmare to an easy day. Thank you Ray!
We want to give a shout-out to the technitions at Mrineke on South Decatur. They are "GREAT", went in to get a new battery and they found our licence plat lights were out and took care of that also. We were in and out, no fuss, no muss!! The TEAM was GREAT and knows what honesty means in a service business.
