Terrible customer service and always closing early and opening late, expect them to be closed by 5 at the latest, most the time 4pm before everyone is off work. Website hours are wrong. EXTREMELY overpriced for oil change, STAY AWAY and read other reviews, looks like they cause issues with oil changes instead of even changing the oil
Had oil change and free tire rotation tires never got rotated.thry tried to say I need engine flush,I had one done last time I was in .
I talked to a gentleman on the phone and he said it would cost $101 to be connected to the diagnostic system or a free visual brake inspection and rotors I came in and I asked for the free visual inspection and the guy told me a different guy said was just rude and I said I was told that a free visual inspection is what I can get and he asked me why and I said I don’t have the $101 today and he ran in his mouth and I said well I can take it somewhere else.
