Terrill the manager gave me the best customer service I’ve experienced thus far in Muncie In !! I always appreciate a business that doesn’t give a customer a surprise up charge on the service after service is completed!! He was up front & transparent! And it was very time efficient!
Sent my girlfriend here to get her car aligned, then they broke the camber bolt and told her to wait til 4 o'clock for the new bolt to come. Then she called me around 2:30 after she had already been there for four hours so after I got off work at 3 i stayed on the phone with her while she was waiting. Then at 3:20 (right before I arrived) they took her car off the lift and told her to pay for the alignment right there.
