I had an appointment at 9am for a front end alignment. At 915 I was still waiting for someone to pull the car in to start working on it. I asked what time my appointment was for and he said he was about to ask someone to pull it in. Maybe I'm just an impatient person, but I expect more.
Scheduled an oil change through the website for Saturday 13 June, as the app was glitching. The shop as always was very professional. They got me in and taken care of in no time. Conner was especially helpful. I am happy that I still get to use my points. I will go back.
