Had to leave auto for oil change and tire rotation. Short handed.
Worst experience I have ever had at any shop. My vehicle was at the location for 3 months and I still not able to drive it. Had to move it to the ford dealership. Levi provided the worst service and tell nothing but excuses and lies throughout the process. Encountered other customers with the same issues while dealing with him.
This place is very dishonest and unprofessional! I took my car to them because they were close by my home and it was convenient since I have two kids and one being medically complex . Also, this place was within my contract for extended warranty . I took my car there because my air had went out . They fixed it but once I received my car, my start/stop button had been damaged by them and it wasn’t when my car was left with them for repair .
