All the staff are Great! John and Mary are Friendly & Reliable. The Mechanics are Top- notch!
We used to have really great experiences with Meineke with all of our cars but this most recent trip was extremely concerning. After an inspection we were told there was a specific problem with the brakes and rotors and quoted over $800 to get them replaced. We decided to hold off and do the work at home but while replacing everything they informed us of, the brakes and rotors on this vehicle we have not owned long were actually in great condition and didn't need replaced at all.
