I had a problem with my car and I just went to get an oil change. Bless these guys they helped me to understand what was wrong with the engine cuz it was rattling. So I thought about it with winter coming I should get it fixed. The price was reasonable too.

I brought my Cadillac in for diagnostic testing on a droning sound I was hearing. Upon arriving, my husband suggested that it could be the wheel bearings, but we were told after they assessed the vehicle that it was just my brakes and rotors. $600 later, I had new brakes and rotors that ended up not even needing to be done quite yet. Beyond poor communication and poor customer service. I stopped in to get a quote and just as I say "exhaust" guy behind the counter says he doesn't mess with broken bolts. Knew exactly what was wrong before I ever brought my car in? I tell him I just need them tightened sure to previous shop who replaced my manifolds didn't tighten them all the way and instantly got a "we don't work on another person's work" So, unless you only have had your car worked on here then they refuse to work on your car?
