Dangerous Negligence and Shoddy Workmanship After 60K Service I brought my 2021 Ram ProMaster to Meineke for its 60,000-mile service, and what happened afterward was completely unacceptable. This must be the dumbest transaction I have ever had.It took them almost TWO years to realize that they had installed the incorrect battery and only after being told by AAA. So having paid for the original installation,and having the battery replaced by Meineke and being told that the battery was getting too hot, when they realized everything was wrong,I was told to pay again for the new battery, installation, labor and shop supplies. My last time coming to Meineke,w Lake Mead.
I came here because my car window wouldn’t roll up and I couldn’t wait to fix it. I was stuck and couldn’t get to my usual mechanic. Big mistake. The issue was misdiagnosed three or four times, and after the second “we finally figured it out” call, I stopped believing anything they said. I had to call and argue just to get the price lowered. I brought my car here for an oil change on 9/27 and now as of yesterday my car has been having problems, it almost stopped in the middle of the road while i was driving. It was perfectly fine before i brought my car here and now it has been having problems and it sounded like it was going to stop in the middle of the street.
