Quick throughout very pleasant experience. Tech was very clean and careful, service manager looked to be sure my vehicle was in every way good to go. I’ll definitely recommend this location. I should add that on the most recent major repairs I had the same experience. A very satisfied customer.
Tony was very up front and honest regarding my visit. Had an oil change and battery replacement, took about an hour of wait time. The dealership that I was going to would take 3 hours just for an oil change. I know where I’m getting my vehicle serviced from now on.
I am so so so sorry I ever came here. My HVAC ( Air condition ) in my Nissan Rogue stopped working. After paying for a full diagnostics, I was assured they could fix the problem that it was the compressor. After $1500 later and about 4 hours of car driving time and A/C usage it just didnt work anymore. Before it at least blew hot air, now nothing. I was promised and assured they found the problem, and this fix would last for the remainder of the future, let alone the summer. Not even 7 days later it died on me in the middle ... read more
I had a great experience with this location! Bill and Tony were kind , knowledgeable and very transparent about what my car needed. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this car shop!
Tony and his technician were amazing. We were in town for the weekend and our car was overheating. We dropped the car off around 10am on Saturday and they ran diagnostic and let us know the problem. The car was repaired and ready to go by 3pm. We now feel safe to drive home. THANK YOU!
