I'm here from out of town and my car was stopping. I looked up Meineke as closest to where I'm staying. Shaun answered the phone and he was very pleasant. When I got there he explained the diagnostic with pricing and confirmed if it was OK I said yes because I need to get back home. He said you've done the hard part by bringing it in. He said we'll take care of you. He told me what the problem was and it was fixed in about 1.5 hours, as he said. He was so nice and comforting and made an unpleasant situation better.
