Today was my first time visiting a Meineke location, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service and atmosphere. After arriving early for my 9 am appt, Shawn greeted me professionally, "Mr. Edwards". The waiting room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Shawn set me up with Jared, the service technician (mechanic) on duty. Together, they provided me and my vehicle everything that we needed to ensure that I was satisfied with the results ... and I was, and at a reasonable price!
