This is my fourth time visiting this place, and I must say that I’m disappointed with the service I received for an oil change. I requested a full synthetic oil change, but instead, they put a synthetic blend in my car. I don’t understand why they were watching a game on TV instead of helping the technicians or listening to the customers request. I don’t need to pay too much for people who don’t work behind a desk! They don’t even know how to give you a price before the work is done. Where is the service?
