Dangerous Negligence and Shoddy Workmanship After 60K Service I brought my 2021 Ram ProMaster to Meineke for its 60,000-mile service, and what happened afterward was completely unacceptable. When I picked up the van, I discovered it was low on both brake fluid and antifreeze, which I had to fill myself. About a week later, my brakes failed in traffic, nearly causing an accident. Mark and his staff at the Meineke store on Raimbow and Cactus were amazing. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I made the right decision coming here. They gave me options for the brake materials we could choose from, and explained the plus and minus. The asked if I had served in the military, I did and they gave me a military service discount. All in all it was a great experience, and I will be back anytime my car's need attention or service. Thanks guys.
