Too expensive and the front desk guy was rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills, not very transparent about price. I thought Silver Spring would be cheaper than DC. Also didn’t even smile. Then my breaks were squeeking 1 month later. Called for them to advise and rectify but they wanted the charge again.
Great service store
As ALWAYS, I received top-notch service as always. I visited on Monday, July 2026, and was able to have all of my services completed in one visit. My truck is driving beautifully now. The manager who was working that day was incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I highly recommend the Georgia Avenue location to anyone looking for excellent vehicle service. Make your appointment for an early time. Thank you!
