Brought in a recently purchased from Carvana a Highbred for an overall inspection. Very through! Pleasant staff. Comprehensive check and no concerns were found. Noted tires will need to be replaced in the future but not immediate. I will trust my car with them in the future rather than going to Toyota dealership.
Nate from Meineke went above and beyond to advocate for my situation. I unknowingly bought a lemon and he helped me fight through the warranty provider to get the car returned. Hero’s sometimes come from where you least expect and will always be grateful for the help, especially when I needed it the most.
The manager Nate was personable and efficient. They were very busy but my oil change was still done quickly.
Staff was courteous, shop was kept, and technicians were thorough. Didn’t try to sell or push anything. All services were recommendations.
