TLDR; felt like I got scammed… Took my car into the shop as a young, single female with minimal car experience. I took them an hour just to pull my car into the bay, While I waited in the waiting room. Jacques Was the best part of my experience, he was very kind. The woman working with him was not, and even threw around a few curse words and slurs (I wish I was kidding). Not only in front of me, but two other customers as well.
