Literally the worst experience. AAA towed my car mistakenly to the Meineke and they did a diagnostic on my car without my approval. Then held my car hostage until I paid the $178 diagnostic fee. They refused to release it until I paid the fee despite having zero written or verbal approval for them doing a diagnostic on my car. I tried to problem solve this with the manager and the attempts were less than desirable.
