They left a tool in my car and it broke a new part I just had replaced. They also included in their report that my rotors and pads needed replacement and when I got the car back 3 lug nuts were missing. Don’t take your vehicle here. It was my first time and it’ll be my last time.
Loved the service. Went in took 5 minutes to explain what I needed. The guy I wish I got his name explained everything to me and what they were going to look in to. I went home a little while later I received a text message of what they were going to do and just needed the approval. They didn’t try to throw extra things in like some places do when they see a female show up and try and take all your money. If anyone is looking for a place to service your vehicle, this is the place. Thank you Meineke!! Smooth riding
