I'm done. Have used Meineke since they opened by us for up to 7 cars. Lately I feel like everything they do caused something else to pop up. Had front brakes and rotors done a month ago with no mention of the back brakes and rotors needing replaced. Went back in because something was still off and they tell us back brakes and rotors need replaced. Annoyed, my wife takes the car to another shop. I went in for an oil change and they did a diagnostic on my car and explained everything in great detail. The gentleman even pulled up carfax to show what repairs I had done in the past when I questioned needing something new I thought I had done in the past. He was very thorough and I’d recommend them in a heartbeat! They also provided photos of all repairs needed.
