I scheduled an appointment expecting to have my car serviced while I waited, but when I arrived, I was told it was marked as a drop-off instead. As a result, I ended up waiting about 2.5 hours past my appointment time. That really defeated the purpose of making an appointment in the first place. Better communication around appointment types would have made a big difference.
The customer service rep at front desk is wonderful! He is very helpful!
Got a quote to replace a blown motor and they gave the quote of damn near $20,000 to replace it. My car cost way less than that. I called around to get other quotes and they quoted me $6,000-$7,000 and $8500 to do everything. When my tow truck went to pick my car up to get my car off the lot they were very very rude and disrespectful to him gave no direction for him he basically had to find the car himself. I would highly recommend you run from this place. Seems like some money hungry people here.
