WHERE IS DAN??!! Scheduled an oil change and car wasnt done for two hours. My Jeffersonville location had a fantastic store manager on my first visit so I returned expecting more of the awesome service I got the first time. New store manager was trying to upsell me on several other issues and when I said I wasn’t interested he responded rudely. The manager was very upfront about everything, no surprises. I loved updates and that I was able to see exactly what my car needed through text messages. They worked hard to get me taken care of in a very timely manner.
