I have came here twice for services and each time all they saw was a lone college girl and wanted money out of me. I came here a month ago for a brake inspection due to my brake pads being old. They gave me over $3,000 worth of issues that did not need done. I left and had someone else do it, I replaced my belt, brake pads, rotors, and filters for less than $400. Daughter is a student in Murray, needed brakes & tires. Meineke gave a free estimate, but tried to talk her into $3,000 of work. HUGE mark-up on parts. $141 for a $30 belt, plus $60 installation. $993 for brakes alone. (I did the brakes myself for $300). Unfortunately it was the only shop in Murray with the right size tires. When doing the tires, they broke a tpms sensor, and wanted to charge another $100 for replacement. (A different shop charged $30 to repair the sensor).
