Awful! Avoid this place at all costs! Joseph (the owner) is a swindling mechanic who claims to have a bad memory. After promising to fix what they broke they suddenly forgot and refuse to fix their mistake! I will never visit this mistake of a business again! What's especially disheartening is that he insinuated that I was a liar. This is the worst place to go to get your car fix. There is a man there at the front by the name of Joseph. He is very rude. One day I can in to get my brakes checked and out of no where for no reason, he told me to take my car somewhere else. I was embarrassed because he said this when other customers were in the lobby. I asked him why, he said you always come here to get your car looked at by the tech and you never get it fixed here. AWFUL service!!!!!! Never returning here and suggest no one else should. Took a car in for an A/C repair and was told is would be in the $400s. Went to get the car and it was $700s and turned it on and drove home and the air didn't even work!! Then looked at the bumper and it wasn't placed on the right way. Called back and took it in another day for more "repairs" now 4 days without a car and said they fixed the bumper...and they didn't! It looks like crap and AGAIN the A/C was not fixed... This place has serviced three of my personal vehicles and one company truck several times during the last couple of years. I've never had any complaints until today. When trying to save a few dollars by changing the oil in my truck myself, i noticed the previous worker at this location had cut, ripped and torn away the dust shield to the oil filter, in order to reach the filter. I had my son's car dropped off yesterday to have the timing chain fixed. When I checked on it this afternoon (24 hours later) it was sitting in the same spot untouched. It was left 6 feet from the road all night long instead of being put in the fenced in area around back. The manager's excuse was that there were only 2 of them and they couldn't push it. Editorial Review – More than just mufflers, services include brakes, steering, A/C and basic maintenance like oil change, tune-ups and tire rotation.
