No Pressure I have been taking my beloved Ford F-150 and my husbands Maza B2300 (Ranger) to Meineke Car Care Centers in Santee for around 2 years now. This after a disastrous FINAL trip to Pep Boys in Santee! The customer service from Gary Thompson and his crew is second to none and I will never take my trucks to any other car care center. Avoid like the Plague AWEFUL! Owner is very rude. My sister went in for an oil change and they didn't replace the oil. We didn't notice until a month later. DAMAGE DONE! Called to get the situation remedied and the owner was VERY rude and unprofessional. Read his responses to customer complaints on YELP and you'll see exactly what I mean.
Great place for routine maintenance and repairs I've been coming here for several years for oil changes and minor repairs. Gary is great - really honest and upfront. I don't get the usual upsell on silly things (air filter, wiper blades) like most other oil change places.
