Meineke off of Jefferson in Temecula This is the second time I’ve gone for an oil change at this location and was disappointed with the customer service I was provided. All the staff but one individual was kind and courteous. I wish I remember his name but when he was explaining to me the issue with my car he didn’t do much to explain to me in terms I could understand seeing as I am not a car expert. I have been coming here for some time, like ten years, Paul did a great job, was not high pressure, and was able to answer my questions. Worked better for me than the prior guy that was there. I am glad that there is a person that is customer focused now. When I asked about doing a timing belt, He looked it up and gave me a price of around 750$, This is the first price I have received and it seemed a bit high, BUT, I have Not checked around. Loved making my appointment online! Service is top notch and I appreciate the honesty about what needs to be done and what does not need to be done with my car. As a senior citizen I feel Meineke does not take advantage of that, thus I feel safe in the with them....and I truly Thank them for that.
I've gone here a few times and was pleased with the work done on my car. When I went in today for a blown fuse and brake issues, Alvin fixed the problem and gave me great advice about my 2013 Toyota Sequoia! Thank you so much for such great service!!
