This is not that hard of a job. But because they did not follow proper procedure. My engine was thrown out of balance. They tried to fix it with another Balancer witch they also didn't do right. It came loose and damaged end of crankshaft! Engine is still out of balance and leaks oil from Balancer seal.
They are so kind and patient, being mindful that not everyone who walks through their door is a gear head. The work is very thorough. The car is returned clean and they are careful to not leave smears, hand prints, etc. Mike and his team are honest, knowledgeable and always answer questions with a smile. I wouldn't trust my car to any one else!
