We went in to have our alternator replaced and when we got our car back we realize they had broken the latch that opens the hood inside the car. We called up there and they said that we had to speak to the general manager and come in the next day. We came by the next day the general manager wouldn't see us and sent Zac out the service manager to tell us that his guy said he didn't do it and he's not a liar so therefore he didn't break it and they would not fix it.
