Absolutely the WORST customer service!!!! I had a coupon with their address and a map to their location on it and she proceeds to very rudely tell me she don't care what the coupon says she don't have to honor it!!! Never have I had someone with such poor people skills address me this way!!!!!! I suggest NO ONE go to this location!!!!
The best place and prices are great. I've known Gracie the owner for 15 years and she is caring person and wants her customers to leave happy and safe. And I feel safe.
This was the GREATEST customer service I have ever received. I was going to take my driving test at DPS in Conroe (I live in Pasadena) and my third brake light was out. I had 25 minutes to get it fixed. We took it to Bobby and he looked at it and did everything he could but we needed to get a new LED strip. He called the nearest Chevy dealership and had them pull it for me so when we got there it was ready to go. We came right back to him he popped it in and we were on our way. I almost forgot what amazing customer service was at an auto repair shop but I was just reminded by the amazing service I received. The work, employees and especially the owner give top notch service. I will not only return I will definitely recommend!!!! When I met the owner she told me customer service was her number one priority and I am now a true believer in just that!!!

I had taken mu car to another shop twice and they were of no help. I took my car here on a whim bc it's down the road from me. Ms. Gracy is wonderful. I had my two young children with me, and a hubby out of town. She gave me a tissue to wipe my tear and treated me like family not just a customer. They accommodated me every way they could!
Ms. Gracie is a wonderful breath of fresh air! She is the owner of this shop and she is a good person and HONEST!!! She and her employees took excellent care of my car today when others would have overcharged me or suggested other repairs. They took the time to explain what happened to my car, why it happened, and informed me of preventative maintenance I could do in order to prevent the issue again. Not only are they honest and good people, but their rates are unbeatable. I will definitely return to their shop!
