My husband had a terrible experience. He was disrespected by the female manager who was disrespecting all her employees, as well. She would not honor the coupon we had. Poorly managed and overpriced. Do not go here. I have had great experiences with meineke shops in the past but never have ever heard of one like this. Unfortunate.
This is the worst place I've ever experienced, the owner mgr or whatever Gracie is a con artist, call herself a christian and help people,she was a nightmare, I would not take a tricycle to her shop
Please I repeat please don't go there Ms Gracie pretends to be and Angel a God sent person but she's a scammer and over charging for your parts she goes to exl parts and they only pay 15 to 20 dollars for them and jacking up the prices to you that's how she makes her money.. Please be very careful with MEINEKE

Buyer Beware! The reason for my visit to Meineke was that my truck was experiencing a loss of power on acceleration and an engine misfire. The check engine light was on and indicated a problem with the mass air flow sensor and ran, dom misfires. Having had some experience as a mechanic I felt that the mass air flow code could be a result of the engine not being able to breath, exhaust clogged, so I took my truck to Meineke at 215 North Frazier Street in Conroe Texas. Their customer service was excellent, really nice people. However, i went in for an alignment and my car was still off balance afterwards. So definitely will not be going back.
Had a great experience here today! I got an alignment for $60 cheaper than the dealership quoted me and it took less than 20 mins!! I normally have to wait 2-3 hours at Cowboy Kia for something like this! Great customer service and I'll be a return customer for sure! Thanks, Ms. Gracie!!
