Took my car here for a simple oil change and the next day my splash pan was dragging on the ground on the freeway until i could get it back to be screwed on properly. They tried to offer me 4 free oil changes for the future. I dont want anything free, i want my damaged splash pan repaired. The owner (whom was rude and unapologetic) asked me to email him pictures and never called me back. If your going here for anything, good luck.
