Im a veteran and on veterans day i took my car to meineke car care for their free oil change for veterans. Well i was told that they weren't giving free oil changes because of staffing problems however they would give us 5$ off that was a false advertisement im very unhappy!!
It was a wonderful customer service experience. I brought my car in around 7:30 and was done in a little over an hour.
