Brought my car in yesterday for a tire replacement and was told it would be done yesterday or this morning. Called at 12 today and was told it would be done in an hour. Came in at 3:30 (they close at 4) and apparently it would be done in 30 minutes. Came back over an hour later and they still hadn’t touched my car. I understand if you’re busy but this is ridiculous. This is a great place for all your automotive needs the one review talks about how expensive the brake jobs where they have ASE certified techs not to mention a nationwide warranty on their brake jobs I don't know if Jimmy Johns down the road are able to warranty their work half way cross country or if they even have ASE techs but I know for sure Meineke does. Brought my 06 volkeswagon passat in to replace the brake pads. Found out I needed new rotors. You guys gave me an estimation for both at 765 dollars!!! Went down the Street to toneys car and truck repair on Lexington go the exact same parts and labor for 320. I wouldn't brake for any of you if I saw you walking in the road. I'm going to make sure no one I know visits your store you price gouging assholes.
