My experience with the main mechanic and shop manager are very rude on phone and in person the ******* brand should be removed from this car repair shop I would not refer anyone to this shop if so called mechanics shade tree want a be
This guy is a complete joke I assume by a female calling his assumes I'm an complete dumbass asked him to give me an estimate on brake pad replacement and ****** says now the average cost for this area is 450.00$ to 490.$$ per axle !! So hes either high on drugs or just plain ignorant an has a problem with stupidity

Honest, helpful, accommodating and affordable. No hard sell. I realize majority of these are human characteristics, but I believe service is as important as sales. Repair was true to estimate and actually a little less! Thank you to a great crew.
We had car problems while traveling from Pennsylvania. Our car was repaired quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this Meineke garage. If I lived in Asheville I’d defiantly use them as my auto repair garage.

did not fix the problem and failed to recognize that my ball joint was ware out casing the noise. so I spent $425 on a repair that wasn't the problem after finding this out at the dealership?
The owner and staff were very kind and helpful. They took great care of us when our car started acting up on vacation and got us back on the road in no time!
