did not fix the problem and failed to recognize that my ball joint was ware out casing the noise. so I spent $425 on a repair that wasn't the problem after finding this out at the dealership?

CONVENIENT, FRIENDLY, HONEST, EFFICIENT. In less time it took to walk to coffee and breakfast in downtown Asheville and a walk through the Grove Arcade, they finished a brake job, oil change and tire rotation on my Chrysler 300. Front man and Store Manager, Stephen, is very personable, knowledgeable and always smiling. Even his mechanics were smiling and seemed to enjoy their jobs. When it came time to pay, I paid way less than I was expecting. I will definitely be back.
