These people do great work. We had lots of problems with a local garage that would seemingly always find expensive issues and would constantly attempt to up-sell us. Meineke are always thorough and communicative and they work to make the necessary repairs correctly and as inexpensively as possible. Customer service is excellent!
Great customer service. Always bring my car there. I have lifetime oil changes with Honda but prefer to bring my car to meineke wake forest.

They went above and beyond, accepted me earlier than my appointment time due to other car issues that cropped up and provided service for everything in a timely manner on a Friday afternoon , and they completed my service early. I’ve been using this meineke for 2 years with no complaint.
Fast, efficient, no upsell, only took 15 minutes for an oil change. Even though my appointment went awry in cyberspace to the wrong store!
