Dave returned my call within an hour and was able to get me in his schedule the following week. He was friendly and professional and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Meinders for air duct cleaning!
The cleaning is good, i'm sure, though time will tell. The customer service wasn't good. I expect my home to be respected and considered and communication about the process, however, that did not happen. I hardly got a good morning before they jumped out of there truck, and took over my house without even a proper introduction/questions for the first time meeting face to face. We had Meinder's come out to clean our air ducts. They were very kind, professional, and quick (45 minutes to an hour). I would definitely recommend them, and will use them next time we clean the ducts out.
