Unfortunately I had a really frustrating experience with this clinic. It’s a shame because I actually liked the clinic itself and had positive experiences with the dentists, but the front desk communication was extremely disappointing. Some of the reception staff seemed very disorganised and unprofessional on the phone, with no sense of urgency despite multiple follow-ups from me.
