Very rude receptionist experience! Life is busy, offices receive cancelations due to sickness and patients wait for the openings but the attitude given when unable to attend a same day appt, that is not acceptable. I’m sure you wish to be treated with kindness in return, you should most definitely project that to your waiting patients . I hope no one else experiences this verbiage first thing to start their day.
Dr. O’Doherty saw me about wrist issues I am having and quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the issue and referred me to a surgeon. Other doctors I saw previously had assumed it was simply arthritis. Thank you Dr. O’Doherty for your excellent care!
