Have rarely had a positive experience here. Employees are rude, dismissive, and frequently lie to you. The number of times I’ve been hung up on is ridiculous.
Gotta say, this Meijer pharmacy giving our orders to other people is crazy. I have never heard of a pharmacy giving your prescription to someone else if you don't pick it up the same day. How can they do this? What if I can't make it to the pharmacy till the next day? I know these reviews don't change company practices, not like they used to in back in the day.
My insurance wasnt being used for my prescriptions instead a discount card was (my insurance wasnt primary in their system)... I cant get any money back from this whole year because my insurance only back dates 30 days. Who knows how much money ive lost Be careful and learn from my loss to always check that they are using your insurance and not some discount card they have on there.
Seriously, the whole meijer pharmacy system sucks. They're usually out of extremely common prescriptions when I need them, and it's even worse when I need a prescription of a common antibiotic for my sick child. Trying to get the prescription transferred is a nightmare; they tried to fill the (out of stock) prescription AND transfer it to walgreens, which threw up all kinds of problems where walgreens said it was already filled, but they couldn't do anything other than tell me to call meijer.
