I was at the meat counter to purchase lobster tails. The meat department refused to service me since it was not 9 AM. I had to wait from 8:42-9 before being offered service.
Not only do you try to force us to use self check out, you don’t staff enough lanes... no matter how long the line is!! Wait times are ridiculous.
RecommendedDo not order online! You are unknowingly Shipt shopping. I just wasted $10. It was clear until the order was placed that it was a Shipt transaction.
