This pharmacist is on an ego trip, except that she has no reason to have an ego. I'm being treated by a neuroimmunologist at Johns Hopkins, and this lady decided that she knew better than him. Even though I had a prescription she insisted on speaking directly to the doctor. Then when his nurse called TWICE, she STILL wasn't appeased. She was asking what my symptoms were, what the medication was being used for, etc., etc., etc. She ended up costing me almost 2 days at work, and I was without my DOCTOR PRESCRIBED medicine for ... read more
I know the drive-up window is broken and has been for over a week but they are trying really hard to give good customer service in person and on the phone. And I do appreciate that.
