On 08/11/26 I spent 1 hour and 21 minutes on hold waiting to speak with a pharmacy technician. It took an hour for their cue to move me from 6th place to first. I then spent the next 21 minutes at #1in cue before an automated voice told me they were busy and to call back. My level of frustration grows, especially after I had placed 5 calls and hung up after hearing that my call was 6th in line. I waited 30 minutes after each call before trying again. I usually get a younger girl who is the best one who works there. Recently I called to check on my moms medicine like I have done for her the past 2 years because she is ill and when I called the old lady that works in there was rude the whole phone call once she answered you could tell she was irritated.
