Colin and the rest of the team at this Meijer’s Pharmacy location are the best in the business. I’ve never had to jump thru hoops, wait an unreasonably long time, or transfer elsewhere because they do such an amazing job. Their customer service is fantastic, and it’s so rare to find companies that prioritize taking good care of people anymore. Easily my best pharmacy experience anywhere.
Absolutely worst customer service in Any pharmacy ever. Deplorable. Rude. Repeatedly rude service by a woman behind the counter. I needed a box of insulin syringes and had to fight to get 5 syringes. 10/10 do not recommend. Let's just say it's a good thing I have thick skin and have worked in customer service my entire life.
Lazy and refuse to answer phone call completely a waste of time
